Job summary

Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is hiring energetic individuals to represent our HVAC department inside Home Depot and other retail partner locations in Pueblo.

As an In-Store HVAC Lead Generator you will engage customers, educate on heating and cooling services, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations, with a $20/hour base plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or lead generation experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers throughout the day
• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Experience working inside Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, or similar retail environments is a plus but not required
