Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking friendly Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives to represent our brand at retail locations and events in Hanover, PA. This part-time, in-person role involves engaging homeowners, explaining residential water treatment benefits, and collecting leads for the sales team.

You’ll receive $20 per hour with bonus opportunities, flexible weekends and some evenings, paid training, and a collaborative team environment within a growing company.

Carroll Water is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll represent our brand inside retail locations and community events, helping homeowners learn about solutions for cleaner, healthier water.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Carroll Water at retail locations, events, and promotional setups

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts (up to approximately 8 hours)
• Ability to lift, carry, and set up promotional materials (up to approximately 50 lbs)
• Retail store locations and event-based settings
• Interaction with the general public in a face-to-face environment

Work Location

• In-person role at assigned retail or event locations
• Must be able to travel to assigned sites within the region
