Job summary

Robotics Technologies is building applied intelligence for real-world use, and this hands-on role focuses on delivering end-to-end AI solutions rather than concentrating on platform plumbing. As a Principal Generative AI Engineer, you will design, build, and ship solutions spanning traditional machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI, partnering closely with business and engineering stakeholders from scoping through production.

This is an onsite position in Weehawken, NJ.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Mathematics or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years applying data science, ML, and AI to real-world business problems.
• Fluency with AI-assisted engineering tools, including Codex and Claude Code.
• Experience building engineering agents that accelerate delivery (testing, code review, deployment-validation).
• Full-stack AI fluency across modeling and LLМ app development, rapid prototyping with Streamlit and React.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver AI solutions end to end across ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI with technical direction and team mentoring.
• Scope and deliver core AI solutions with stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and product partners.
• Help shape enterprise AI practices and standards with expertise in AI solution delivery.
• Own solution delivery on an enterprise AI platform, shipping agentic solutions end to end.
• Partner with the business to quantify the overall value delivered by the AI solution.
