Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned Principal AI Engineer to lead the architecture and deployment of Generative AI solutions, building sophisticated AI agents and integrating large language models into enterprise ecosystems to solve complex business challenges.

You will design scalable pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), advance agent memory and reasoning capabilities, and optimize LLM performance through prompt engineering and hyperparameter tuning.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering and data science experience.
• Expert proficiency in Python and backend integration.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models such as GPT and Claude.
• Hands-on with orchestration tools and agentic frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI at scale on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design scalable AI solutions using LangChain and AutoGen.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration systems with agent memory and reasoning.
• Improve LLM performance through prompt engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
