A-1 Mechanical in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify HVAC sales leads and support business development. This role blends sales and customer service, with opportunities to grow in a fast-growing company. Part-time and full-time, in-person work with earnings from hourly pay plus commissions.

You will engage customers, collaborate with the sales team, and enter data into CRM systems while delivering excellent service and building a robust customer base.

Formación

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Experience in business development or telemarketing is a plus.

• Engage with customers to convert Tune Ups and HVAC sale leads.
• Spend time in big box store retail partners.
