Job summary

Floor Coverings International in Las Vegas is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to engage Costco shoppers, spark conversations, and schedule in-home floor design consultations. This role offers hourly pay with performance bonuses and opportunities for growth within a trusted flooring brand.

Youll be the face of the local, five-star company, working primarily weekends and high-traffic retail hours to drive qualified leads for the sales team.

We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic person to represent a locally owned and operated flooring company inside local Costco warehouse locations. Our company proudly maintains a 5-star customer rating and is part of the highest-rated flooring franchise system across North America. You’ll be the face of a trusted brand that homeowners already love. If you enjoy talking to people, building connections, and earning bonuses based on performance — this could be a great fit. This is not a desk job. You’ll be engaging shoppers, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home flooring appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Engage Costco members and introduce our 5-star flooring services
• Generate and qualify leads through friendly, confident conversations
• Schedule free in-home design consultations
• Represent our locally owned business at Costco roadshow events
• Work closely with the sales team to improve appointment quality

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $15 per hour plus $150 possible bonus for every qualified lead generated
• Raises available within the first 90 days based on performance
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Primarily weekends + high-traffic retail hours
