Responsibilities

Trains and guides utility staff on duties and safety procedures.
Maintains cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and related kitchen areas.
Cleans and maintains dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, storerooms, refrigerators.
Reports equipment issues to management and ensures equipment is clean and functioning.
Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
