The role supports shift supervisors and department directors in daily operations, ensuring schedules are managed and quality service is delivered to customers, patients, and families.

The successful candidate will have prior lead utility experience and be able to cover schedules as needed, with variations in hours.

• Prior lead utility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist shift supervisors and department directors in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure schedules are assigned and completed daily.
• Provide quality customer service and engage with customers, patients and families.
• Relieve shift supervisor in their absence and cover schedules as needed.
• Monitor equipment and report issues or shortages.
• Conduct quality assurance surveys and maintain set standards.
• Interact with customers and patients professionally and respectfully.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
