Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL seeks a Supervisory Interdisciplinary General Engineer/Operations Research Analyst to lead a team delivering the Integrated Master Test Plan across flight, ground, and cyber test programs. You will interface with senior officials and manage end-to-end test design and resources.

This federal role includes acquisition responsibilities and required certification within 60 months of entry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of government civilian and contractors to direct the strategic design, end-to-end configuration management, and delivery of the Agency's Integrated Master Test Plan.
• Represent the Director for Test in high level meetings interfacing with senior officials, and briefing executive leadership on the Integrated Master Test Plan status, while providing test planning support for the Missile Defense System flight, ground, and cyber test programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise level knowledge of test designs, capabilities, and resources for assessing suitability to satisfy test objectives and test design requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of the Program Objective Memorandum/President's Budget submission process to ensure the Integrated Master Test Plan is in alignment.
• Lead high-level synchronization across multiple agencies to resolve competing asset demands, deconflict test range, Resource, and target requirements, and integrate multi-service technical solutions.
• ACQUISITION POSITION: This position requires Acquisition Workforce Level Practitioner Certification in Test and Evaluation; certification within 60 months after entry is expected.
