Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active Connecticut dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• 3+ years of General Dentistry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong comprehensive treatment planning and restorative skills.
• Clinically confident and comfortable managing an established patient base.
• Excellent communication and case-presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients.
• Collaborative leadership style and strong team mentality.
• Provider who takes ownership of patient care and practice success.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Take ownership of an established patient base and productive schedule.
• Build long-term patient relationships and maintain continuity of care.
• Identify comprehensive treatment opportunities and confidently communicate recommendations.
• Collaborate with specialists on complex and multidisciplinary cases.
• Partner with the clinical and administrative teams to support efficient patient flow and practice performance.
• Serve as a strong clinical presence and positive leader for the practice team.
• Maintain high standards for clinical quality, patient experience, and professionalism.
