Job summary

Preferred Dental of Cromwell is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our established multi-specialty practice in Cromwell, CT. You will enjoy clinical autonomy and a collaborative environment with an established patient base and strong production potential.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Connecticut dental license or eligibility for licensure
• 2–3+ years of General Dentistry experience
• Strong comprehensive treatment-planning and restorative skills
• Collaborative approach with providers, hygienists, assistants, and specialists

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning
• Provide restorative, preventive, cosmetic, and comprehensive general dentistry
• Build a productive schedule around clinical strengths and interests
• Develop lasting relationships with an established patient population
• Collaborate with in-house and network specialists on complex cases
• Maintain high-quality, patient-centered dentistry
