Job summary

Dr. Dental is seeking a full-time general dentist to join our established practice in Enfield, CT. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience and will enjoy autonomy with strong support from experienced staff.

You will work in a collaborative network focused on affordable, convenient, and comprehensive dental care, with daily patient flow and a broad scope of procedures including restorations, crowns, root canals, dentures, extractions, and oral surgery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services for patients of all ages.
• Perform dental exams and provide general and emergency dental care.
• Regular cleanings, scaling and prophylaxis.
• Scaling and root planing (deep cleaning).
• Advise patients regarding preventative dental care and about causes and treatment of dental problems.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries using dental instruments.
• Diagnose from x-rays.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings.
• Conduct amalgam and composite restorations.
• Place fillings; perform pit and fissure sealants.
• Socket preservations, extractions and minor oral surgeries.
• Root canals, including anterior teeth, premolars and molars.
• Prepare and deliver crowns, bridges and veneers.
• Construct full and partial dentures.
