• Lead daily team huddles to align on the day's priorities.
• Provide clinical autonomy with full support.
• Build patient relationships, perform exams, and communicate treatment plans.
• Empower the team through effective delegation.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards and protect patient confidentiality.
