Job summary

Kendall Pointe Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a Dentist (DDS or DMD) to lead patient care with autonomy and the backing of a clinical network. You will build strong patient relationships and tailor treatment plans while guiding a capable team.

Active US dental license and DEA certificate are preferred; sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Compensation exceeds $200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license, CPR certification, and DEA license (or in process).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
