Smile Brands Inc. Bright Now! Dental in Florida seeks a dentist with a DDS or DMD to lead clinical care with autonomy, delivering tailored treatment plans and building patient relationships.

You will mentor a team, conduct thorough exams, and align daily goals in a supportive, compliant environment. With Monday–Friday scheduling and access to complimentary CE in implants, endo, clear aligners, and more, you’ll grow within a true clinical community and a strong corporate support network focused

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
