Dental Architects in North Wales, PA, a family-owned practice, seeks a General Dentist focused on family and cosmetic dentistry to join a collaborative, growth-minded team.

You will build a loyal patient base while delivering cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry with modern technology. Competitive compensation includes 30%–35% of collections and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid dental license and DEA registration with Nitrous Oxide Certification.
• Experience: 3+ years in general dentistry.
• Proficiency with dental software: Eaglesoft and Dexis.
• Clinical focus on family and cosmetic dentistry, including implants, crowns, and Invisalign.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry for families with a cosmetic focus.
• Perform implants, root canals, crowns, extractions and Invisalign when required.
• Maintain patient comfort and communicate treatment plans effectively.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and use modern dental technology.

Pay

• $130,000 - $200,000 per year

• Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• No weekend shifts

• Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8AM - 4 PM; Wednesday: 8AM - 6PM, Friday: 9AM - 2 PM.
• Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
• Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.

Requirements

• License & Certification: Driver’s license, Licensed dentist, DEA Registration, Nitrous Oxide Certification
• Software Experience: Eaglesoft, Dexis
• Clinical Experience: Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Emergency Dentistry, General Dentistry, Molar Root Canals, Tooth Extractions
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dentist with 3+ years of practice
