Greater York Family Dentistry in York, PA is seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist to join a stable, long‑standing team. You will provide a full scope of general dentistry services, with a focus on patient care, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Full-Time Associate General Dentist

York Family Dentistry is a well-established general dentistry practice located in York, PA, just over an hour north of Baltimore, 1.5 hours north of Washington D.C., and two hours west of Philadelphia. Our team is made up of experienced, long-standing staff—many with over a decade at the practice—creating a stable, supportive, and highly collaborative work environment.

As our office continues to grow and a valued associate relocates, we’re excited to welcome a new full-time General Dentist who shares our passion for patient care and clinical excellence.

Pay

• $200,000 - $400,000 per year

$750/day minimum guarantee

Sign on bonus

35% of collections

Annual earning potential of $200,000–$400,000 (based on production)

Paid malpractice insurance

CE reimbursement up to $2,000+ (with approval)

Paid vacation

Sponsorship available for TN and H-1B visas

Shift & Schedule

4-5 Days per week

No evenings or weekends

Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm; Friday, 8am–1pm

Flexible scheduling options available

• Clinical Experience: General Dentistry, Tooth Extractions
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dentist with 1+ years of practice

Preferences

• License & Certification: Basic life support
