Pay

• $23 - $26 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday & Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Friday: 9 AM – 2 PM
• No weekends or evenings!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn & follow safety protocols

Preferences

• License & Certification: X-ray / Radiography Certification
• Software Experience: Open Dental, Eaglesoft
• 1+ years of dental assisting experience
• X-ray certification (PA)
• Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental software
• Knowledge of medical coding & documentation

Administrative & Patient Care Duties

• Maintain accurate patient records (medical histories, treatment plans)
• Assist with appointment scheduling & front desk support
• Follow OSHA & HIPAA compliance protocols
• Provide exceptional patient interactions (friendly, professional demeanour)
