We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Lead Dentist to join our established practice in the Medford area of New Jersey. As Lead Dentist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive care while supporting and mentoring team members. You will be supported by a strong clinical and administrative team, advanced technology, and a loyal patient base.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Lead and mentor associate dentists and clinical team members
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Utilize advanced digital technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning
- Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols
- Support practice growth through patient relationships and clinical excellence
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active New Jersey dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration as required
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience required
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Proven proficiency in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care
- Ability to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
