Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient with ERP systems ( Oracle Cloud ).

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains accounting policies and processes.
• Leads ERP implementations and subledger maintenance; oversees reconciliations.
• Supervises two general accountants and guides staff on complex transactions.
• Prepares ledgers, journal entries, and reports for upper management.
• Ensures GAAP, GASB, and FASB compliance and policy interpretation.
• Recruits, hires, evaluates, and develops staff; recommends compensation actions.
