Job summary

Walmart’s MarTech Data Sharing platform seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead delivery of scalable features and models across collaborative teams. You will design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native software, integrating GenAI/ML components to boost efficiency and reliability.

You will mentor peers and drive engineering excellence, with a focus on securing and optimizing multi-tenant content delivery for Walmart’s global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, plus 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Alternative pathway: 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of scoped features and models with cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, scalable code across multiple languages and CI/CD.
• Integrate GenAI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure secure, maintainable systems.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and success metrics.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor peers and uphold engineering best practices.
