Job summary

JPMorganChase leads a pivotal GenAI-driven initiative within the Consumer and Community Banking infrastructure team. You will apply advanced GenAI and FinOps practices to optimize cloud costs while shaping scalable automation across compute, containers, and serverless architectures.

The role requires deep cloud expertise, collaboration across teams, and a focus on governance, security, and auditable processes as part of enterprise-wide transformation.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of applied infrastructure experience.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge with multiple cloud technologies.
• Experience with GenAI and agentic AI for automation.
• Hands-on FinOps experience to optimize AWS costs.
• Excellent problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in modern scripting languages and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI-powered cost-optimization across the app/infrastructure lifecycle.
• Identify cloud-cost savings using GenAI models and data tooling.
• Collaborate to design and scale GenAI agent-based recommendations.
• Develop automation runbooks and Policy as Code initiatives for cost governance.
• Guide teams in cost-effective architecture and operations.
• Communicate FinOps principles and dashboards showing cost savings.
• Own GenAI applications and ensure compliance and documentation.
