Job summary

Meta’s Sales Intelligence team in North America seeks a Regional Sales Intelligence IC to translate raw data into guidance for frontline sales teams. You will support the NA VP and direct reports by shaping sales strategies and operational processes with data-driven insights.

You will drive in-channel execution, develop playbooks, and localize GTM programs, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to maximize performance and ROI.

Qualifications

  • BA required and 8+ years of experience in consulting, operations, sales, or product at large-scale organizations.
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, actionable insights.
  • Experience evaluating data to inform strategy and performing analyses to drive business outcomes.
  • 5+ years in SQL and data querying, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of sales operations methodologies and AI solutions.
  • Fluent English required to communicate insights to North America stakeholders.

Sales Intelligence is a dedicated, centralized team in the large advertising sales org that will drive sales enablement, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with sales and marketing insights teams and sales organization priorities. As the Regional Sales Intelligence Individual Contributor, You will support the North America VP and their direct reports by translating raw data and complex tools into actionable guidance that enables the frontline sales team to operate with greater efficiency. This role requires experience developing data-driven sales strategies, managing operational processes, and delivering actionable business insights. This is a key opportunity to play an integral role in executing sales strategy and business processes, driving operational rigor and efficiency, and producing insights to inform decisions.

Lead, GBG Sales Intelligence - NA Responsibilities:
  • In-Channel Activation & Workflow Updates
  • Adapt sales motions to optimize adoption and manage feature gaps, including developing playbooks for sales ICs to maximize ad revenue
  • Drive "In-Channel Execution" work streams, including Plan & Track, Pitch, and Sales AI/Automation
  • Ensure operational readiness, manage communications, and localize go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative programs including Business AI and Business Messaging to maximize performance
  • Compliance & Process Monitoring
  • Monitor compliance with global processes such as goaling and segmentation
  • Execute transfers and ensure requests align with criteria
  • Collaborate with the sales strategy and planning team to adjust tiering and service models at a regional level
  • Analysis, Insights & Feedback
  • Build hypotheses and analyze system performance to generate new insights that directly drive AR and ROI
  • Manage the feedback loop by collecting feedback on metrics, sharing in-channel perspectives, and troubleshooting tools
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the in-market customer base, including their needs, pain points, and media buying patterns
  • Incentives & Program Execution
  • Inform the Regional Vice President and their directs of new incentive programs on paid messaging and non-marketing initiatives
  • Deploy operational expenditure funds at the beginning of the year based on strategic direction
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA required
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in consulting, operations, sales, or product at large-scale organizations
  • Communication: Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, actionable insights
  • Data & Strategy: Experience evaluating data to inform strategy and performing analyses to drive business outcomes
  • Experience must include 5 years in the following:SQL and Microsoft Excel for structured data querying, analysis, and reporting
  • data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
  • large dataset handling and structured data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
