Qualifications

• Three+ years in utility construction required.
• Experience with underground utilities is required.
• Valid driver's license required within two weeks of employment.
• Criminal and MVR background checks and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 4–5 person construction crew and manage underground utility installation operations.
• Operate mini excavator and perform equipment operations on live utilities.
• Read utility prints and maps; follow safety regulations and pre-task hazard assessments.
• Set up and shut down utility construction projects including traffic control.
• Load and unload materials; ensure locates are correct and safe to perform work.
• Assist with JSA creation and monitor changing site conditions.
