Qualifications

• CDL A is required.
• Three to five years’ experience in a utility construction role is required.
• Experience working with underground utilities is desired.
• Possession of a valid State Driver's License within two weeks of employment.
• Candidates must pass Criminal and MVR background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews as the first line of supervision and ensure a safe, productive work site.
• Verify transactions comply with Xcel Gas contracts and Peak Utilities Policies.
• Update daily crew schedules and communications to Supervisors.
• Coordinate permits, material releases, and equipment for projects.
• Maintain organized document retention and job records.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate vendor rentals and repairs for projects.
