Job summary

US Fusion in Texas is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead technicians on assigned projects. You will fuse, install, and fabricate products, manage a small crew, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, with the ability to travel for extended project work and work nights or weekends as needed. High school diploma and 2-5 years’ field experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2-5 years’ experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid TWIC – OSHA card.

Responsibilities

• Fuse, install, and fabricate products per standards.
• Supervise small crew on jobs.
• Install liners per standards and techniques.
• Adhere to safety standards and enforce policies.
• Train technicians and assist with career development.
• Cross-train with other departments and cover duties as assigned.
