Job summary

US Fusion & Specialty Construction is seeking a skilled technician to supervise a small crew, fuse, fabricate and install products on assigned jobs. You will follow company standards and ensure outputs meet quality and safety requirements.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on metalwork, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to travel and work nights or weekends when projects demand. You will mentor junior technicians and coordinate with Operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–5 years of experience in related construction or fabrication roles.
• Valid Driver’s License, valid TWIC and OSHA card.
• Ability to lead a small crew and supervise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Fuses, installs, and fabricates all products in accordance with US Fusion standards and procedures.
• Responsible for most aspects of small crew supervision to perform necessary work in completion of jobs.
• Installs liners in accordance with US Fusion standards and techniques.
• Adheres to all applicable safety standards and policies.
• Issues corrective action on safety and policy infractions when observed.
• Facilitates career development of Technicians and Sr. Technicians in conjunction with US Fusion management.
• Continuous safety training and maintenance of safety credentials.
• Cross-train with other departments as needed.
• Participates in other duties as assigned by Operations and Construction Managers and Superintendents.

Position Requirements

Minimum Experience, Education, and Licensure:
