Stryker is seeking an experienced full-stack engineering leader to drive architecture, development, testing, and deployment of scalable applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will modernize legacy systems, integrate Generative AI features, and mentor engineers while coordinating with business and data stakeholders to ensure reliability and performance across production systems.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/Math/HCI or related field.
• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Production experience with Flask, React, or Next.js; strong SQL/PostgreSQL; Azure; security knowledge; mentoring.

Lead the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications, including modernization of legacy applications and integration of AI-powered features. Mentor engineers, collaborate with business and data engineering stakeholders, and oversee application reliability, performance, maintenance, and production issue escalation.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, plus 4 or more years of full-stack engineering experience. Candidates should have production application experience with Flask, React, or Next.js; strong SQL, PostgreSQL, and Azure skills; application security knowledge; and experience mentoring engineers.
