Job summary

DrinkPAK is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Software Developer to design, build, and enhance applications and digital tools supporting its manufacturing and business operations. This hands-on IC role involves coding, architecture, and end-to-end delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements.

You will lead development of full-stack apps, APIs, and data integrations across plant floor to business systems, shaping standards and technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production software with end-to-end ownership of systems.
• Full-stack capability: backend in C#, .NET Core; frontend in JavaScript/TypeScript/React; solid SQL skills.
• Experience designing and operating cloud apps on Azure with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to explain tradeoffs.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to refine requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations and business teams to translate needs into software solutions.
• Build internal full-stack apps, APIs, and integrations across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and commercial systems.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, scalable code with modern frameworks and practices.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security across applications and platforms.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and impact.
