Strategic Systems Inc. is looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack .NET Developer in Michigan. This hybrid role combines architectural design with practical coding to build scalable enterprise applications. You’ll mentor developers, perform code reviews, and guide technical decisions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise development, strong REST API experience, and proficiency with SQL Server or Oracle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Prior IIoT or cloud event-driven work is a plus.

Location: Michigan | Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite/week

Experience: 8+ years

We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to design and build scalable enterprise applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring developers.

Must-Have Skills:

Preferred Experience:

Industrial IoT (IIoT) & shop-floor connectivity

This is a hands-on technical lead role, so candidates should have strong recent production coding experience—not just team or project management experience
