• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, OO design, design patterns, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, source control, and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex enterprise solutions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and Angular.
• Own complex technical initiatives from design through implementation and production support.
• Contribute to architecture and technology decisions focusing on scalability, security, performance.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, business and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code/design reviews, and mentoring for engineers.
• Champion best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding, code quality, and observability; drive AI adoption to improve productivity and quality.
