DBS Tech China is seeking an exceptional full stack engineering team lead to join our Advisory technical team in Wealth Management Technology. This role designs and drives platform-level engineering, architecture and product strategy for digital, advisory, and discretionary investment journeys used by millions of customers across segments.

You will guide end-to-end portfolio solutions, lead two squads, and promote cutting-edge technologies, micro-frontend patterns, and automated deployment

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade full-stack platforms with high availability and resilience.
• Ability to design, implement, and operate portfolio management systems serving millions of users.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of complex full-stack solutions for portfolio management journeys.
• Oversee up to 2 squads, providing strategic direction and technical guidance.
• Champion modern architectures including micro-frontends, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployments.
