Prominent Edge is seeking Lead Software Engineers with an active TS/SCI clearance to join our fully remote team. We tailor solutions across diverse customer needs, selecting the best stack for each problem and delivering high-quality software.

Candidates will lead cross-functional teams in agile environments, own technical decisions, and mentor engineers while expanding expertise in modern front-end/back-end technologies and cloud practices.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading project teams through full development life cycle.
• Front-end development with React/React Native, Angular, or Vue.
• Backend development with Node/Express, Flask, Django, or Spring.
• Strong database experience (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team player.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through the full development life cycle from requirements to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and plan.
