Lowe's Commerce Solutions in Charlotte, NC seeks a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to drive architecture and hands-on delivery of enterprise retail software.

The role spans frontend (React/Next.js/TypeScript) and backend (Go/Python/Java), APIs, data, and cloud services. You’ll influence technical direction, partner with customers, product teams, and engineers to solve scale challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, CIS, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of frontend (UI/UX), middleware (APIs), databases, and DevOps experience.
• 6+ years of agile development experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of frontend, backend, APIs, data, and services.
• Set technical direction and design decisions with customers and engineers.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with standards.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering practices.
• Drive development efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate across teams to translate conversations into practical solutions.
