Job summary

The Transformation Group seeks a senior engineering leader to drive full-stack development for US clients, focused on React, Next.js, and Node.js. You will lead a team of engineers, mentor peers, and collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver robust features and scalable platforms.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software development with hands-on coding and strong AWS, CI/CD, and API integration experience in eCommerce contexts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2–4 years of experience leading a team.
• Experience with AWS and modern design patterns.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack web application development at our clients in the US primarily in React, Next.js and Node.js.
• Manage a team of engineers.
• Write clean, well-architected, self-documenting code.
• Support team members and mentor other React/Node engineers through code review, knowledge sharing, and leading by example.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the team.
• Actively participate in all major technical discussions related to the platform.
• Create a culture of observability within the team, constantly keeping an eye on the performance and stability of the platform.
