Lowe’s Commerce Solutions (LCS) is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management in Charlotte to lead product strategy and execution across multiple domains. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
  • 8+ years in two or more of: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
  • 4+ years in product/experience management partnering with technology and user experience teams.
  • 3 years of experience in an agile software environment with demonstrated delivery of business results.
  • Experience leading project or technical teams; include coaching and mentoring.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in product marketing with cross-functional collaboration at senior leadership level.

The Senior Manager, Product Management, will lead product strategy and execution across multiple product domains within LCS’s retail technology portfolio. This role will drive product vision, portfolio priorities, customer engagement, commercialization strategy, and product execution while partnering closely with customers, sales, engineering, and business teams. This role will play a critical role in shaping LCS’s commercial product strategy across areas including retail checkout, unified commerce, retail media, store intelligence, AI-powered experiences, and other emerging retail technologies.

What You Will Do
  • Owns the near-term view of product vision and strategy and cross-functional execution for the product group.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, executive discussions, and product demonstrations to showcase LCS capabilities and value proposition.
  • Shape commercialization strategies and enable customer adoption of LCS products.
  • Demonstrates “customer/user expertise across multiple products within the product group and builds cross-functional partnerships to improve efficiencies.
  • Sets the direction for the design of assigned products and leads and coaches teams to ensure delivery and expectations are clearly defined for multiple products or a group of products.
  • Identifies issues that may impede the success of products in a product group, communicates effectively to leadership, and presents alternatives and recommendations for resolution.
  • Identifies unmet opportunities through research and/or experimentation for product.
  • Owns and leads the product journey-mapping across domains to drive clarity in product separation while maintaining holistic workflows for the end users.
  • Experiments to ensure user adoption before making large investments in product builds.
  • Establishes and audits overall product operating routines for product.
  • Builds a product metric-driven culture and uses metrics to drive product insights across the team and business partners.
  • Drive product execution by partnering with engineering, architecture, design, sales, and business teams.
  • Owns and drives product plans for the team and leverages data for multiple sources to negotiate alignment and timing for cross-domain dependencies to achieve expected value.
  • Accountable for aligning with partners to achieve the value of a product or business case.
  • Defines objectives and data required for analytics needed either independently or in conjunction with business partners for the products across the team.
  • Partners with engineering teams to build tracking/monitoring needed to get to the data.
  • Partners with sales teams on customer engagements, solution positioning, proposals, and commercialization activities.
  • Defines key metrics of the product and build and practice routines to consistently monitor health of the product, while consistently reviewing product metrics to drive product insights.
  • Managesperformance and fostersan inclusive environment to help associates achieve their potential.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 8 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
  • 4 years of experience in product and/or experience management with experience partnering with technology and user experience teams in translating business strategy into prioritized specific product features and requirements
  • 3 years of experience in an agile software environment with demonstrated delivery of business results
  • Experience leading project or technical teams with or without formal direct report responsibility; this includes experience providing technical direction, thought leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Demonstrated proficiency in product marketing with experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
Preferred Skills/Education
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles building enterprise software products or platforms.
  • Deep experience building and scaling enterprise products, engaging with customers, creating compelling product demonstrations, and translating market opportunities into successful product strategies.
  • Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps across complex B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology products.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers, leading discovery conversations, executive presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams on customer engagements, solution positioning, proposals, and commercialization activities.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, omnichannel commerce, store technology, or related retail technology domains.
  • Proven ability to translate customer challenges and market opportunities into scalable product solutions.
  • Experience leading and mentoring product managers and building product management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience using customer insights, market research, and data to drive product decisions.

Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $247,000.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
