TeamViewer GmbH in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, C++ to contribute to the development of platform-independent features for our remote access and support solution using the latest C++ standards. You will design, optimize, and implement high-quality code within a Scrum team, collaborating with product owners to deliver scalable, secure software and to advance our remote workplace solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of object-oriented software development using C++ (17+, asynchronous processing).
• Experience in parallel programming, distributed and scalable systems, security, and MS-SQL.
• Structured and analytical thinking; team player; eager to learn.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop platform independent functionalities for client and services using C++.
• Optimize and enhance software with efficient algorithms and technologies.
• Work collaboratively in a Scrum development team within CI environment.
• Ensure efficient implementation and high-quality code.
• Recommend and implement improvements to architecture/ technologies for reliability, maintainability, scalability, performance.
• Monitor latest technical developments and initiate improvements.
• Advise product owners on feasibility studies and time estimates for new functionality.
