Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a professional services team and adopt our platform across multiple development, testing, and production workloads. You will work with current and new software teams to understand architecture and tooling, drive onboarding paths, and assist migrations, while translating customer needs into practical guidance in an agile setting.

The role requires 7+ years of software development in TS/Go/Python, 5+ years AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps

Qualifications

7+ years of software development in TS, Go, or Python.
5+ years of AWS experience.
5+ years of CI/CD and developer workflow automation.
4+ years of Docker/containerization experience.
4+ years of MySQL or Postgres experience.
4+ years of IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
4+ years of APM/monitoring (CloudWatch, New Relic, Grafana).
Experience with AI tooling for prototyping (e.g., Copilot).
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Work with software teams to understand architecture and tooling and develop onboarding paths to the platform.
Assist teams with migration challenges and help solve problems using the platform.
Translate customer needs and provide guidance on best-practice use in an agile environment.
