Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven lead/senior developer experience.
• Solid RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL and ORM tools like Entity Framework.
• Experience with CosmosDB (NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers.
• Bridge between product owners, analysts, architects and developers to translate requirements.
• Provide technical support for incidents and questions.
• Clarify requirements, define user stories, and prioritize backlog.
• Align development with architectural guidelines and best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC: planning, coding, reviews, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Drive technical decisions and enforce coding standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks; propose solutions.
• Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, high-performance applications.
• Promote learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on technologies to enhance product quality.
