Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Member of Technical Staff for the Informatica Cloud Team in Redwood City, CA. You will pair deep design-system expertise with full-stack cloud product engineering, leveraging AI-assisted SDLC tooling to design, build, review, and ship data integration services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience spanning frontend and backend.
• Strong experience with design systems and UI component libraries.
• Experience in AI-assisted SDLC tooling and multi-agent automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build full-stack components and microservices.
• Take ownership of UI platform and backend areas, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Lead frontend architecture and design-system adoption across product teams.
• Drive AI-native engineering practices and set SDLC patterns.
• Deliver features end-to-end with high-quality releases and schedules.
• Mentor engineers on architecture, testing, accessibility, and AI tooling.
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders; produce clear technical docs.
• Support customers and field engineers with troubleshooting.
