Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with validation for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, data sensitivity, and secure handling.
• Advanced experience in production code in one or more industry-standard languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development and troubleshooting.
• Establish AI-native engineering practices with robust validation standards.
• Work across the SDLC using AI-assisted development, review, testing, and incident analysis.
• Drive team adoption of AI-assisted practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Own design, delivery and operation of enterprise-scale infrastructure services.
