Formación

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts; 5+ years leading technologists.
• 10+ years building enterprise-grade software products.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Core/Boot, REST APIs, JPA or Python with microservices.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React and UI testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in OOD and Test Driven Development with hands-on test automation (JUnit, Mockito, Playwright, Cucumber).
• Strong understanding of security standards: OAuth, TLS, Kerberos.
• Familiarity with log/metric collection and monitoring: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, Windsurf, Gemini).
• Experience with event-driven processing using Kafka and AMQP.
• Hands-on CI/CD using Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify.
• Demonstrated leadership in using enterprise AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs.
