Job summary

Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide a small team of developers and test engineers in an agile environment. You will collaborate with a business analyst and product lead to plan and execute development, while hands-on contributing across the full lifecycle of product delivery.

You will mentor, drive DevSecOps practices, evaluate architectures, and ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-lifecycle application development experience with cloud.
• 3+ years using the listed technologies and AWS cloud platform.
• Experience designing solutions and decomposing into modules for development.
• 5+ years with Agile, DevSecOps, and Test Driven Development.
• JIRA and CI/CD pipelines experience for CI, tests and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small agile team (6-8 FTEs) of developers and test engineers.
• Hands-on role across design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Mentor team members and drive best practices for code and design.
• Ensure quality and performance of products with secure, scalable solutions.
• Provide technical direction and validate architectures and designs.
• Collaborate with analysts and product leads to plan development.
