Job summary

Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide a small team (6-8 FTEs) of developers and test engineers. You will collaborate with a Business Analyst and Product Lead to plan and execute agile development for government-facing applications.

You will be hands-on across the full development lifecycle, mentor teammates, and drive DevSecOps practices to ensure scalable, secure solutions. Experience with AWS, React/Node, GraphQL, and AI-assisted tooling is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of full-lifecycle application development experience with hands-on work across modern stacks and AWS.
• 5+ years of Agile, DevSecOps and Lean methodologies; strong CI/CD experience.
