Job summary

Xlbyte is seeking a Senior Full Stack Lead Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise applications. You will lead frontend work with React and TypeScript, develop robust backend services in Python and Node.js, and own API design (REST and GraphQL) in a distributed, containerized environment.

You will collaborate with Kubernetes, Kafka, and cloud platforms, optimize performance, and implement AI/LLM integrations and RAG pipelines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with React and TypeScript for enterprise-grade frontend development.
• Experience designing backend services using Python and Node.js, including REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, AI/ML integration, and event-driven architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
• Build modern web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and/or Node.js.
• Design REST/GraphQL APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Implement AI/LLM solutions, RAG pipelines, and automation workflows (like n8n).
• Work with Kubernetes, Kafka, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Optimize application performance, databases, and overall system architecture.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from development to deployment.
