As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a microservices development team responsible for the entire software lifecycle—from development to testing to deployment—within the SAFe agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical lead for an agile team of 8, including developers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and automation testers.
• Provide software engineering, development, and integration.
• Decompose application and tool requirements into product components.
• Integrate new code bases, COTS, and GOTS products into existing systems.
• Recommend innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Develop SOPs and support application security activities.
• Assist in migrating systems to the cloud.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years of relevant experience, including:
  • Full stack development with Java J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Java frameworks
  • Experience with IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ, MS Visual Studio, Sprint Tool Suite
  • API Microservices
  • Docker
  • Apache Maven
  • JBoss
  • Enterprise Application Platform
  • Cloud-native hosting, responsive design

• Availability during core hours (9-5 EST).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• SAFe Agile certification.
• Candidates in eastern, central, or mountain time zones.
• Experience supporting US federal government contracts.

The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $170,000, based on skills, experience, and certifications.
