Qualifications

• 4+ years of bookkeeping or full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, MS Dynamics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Complete bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
• Coordinate with outside accountants, auditors, and tax professionals
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
