Job summary

Google LLC in the United States is seeking a Lead Trust and Safety Analyst to lead frontier safety red-teaming across Generative AI products. You will design complex assessments, coordinate with engineering, research, and policy teams, and guide mitigations to protect users and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.
• Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• Experience with SQL, dashboards, data collection/transformation and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute red-teaming assessments to identify CBRN and cyber risk uplift across GenAI products (frontier safety).
• Translate red-teaming findings into robust product mitigations and safety guardrails with Eng/Policy teams.
• Collaborate with RAIT teams to develop autoraters, attack trees, and threat personas for simulators.
• Direct external vendors and subject-matter experts to scale testing and threat intelligence.
• Present frontier safety findings and risk assessments to leadership and external stakeholders.
