Job summary

StatusNeo Technology Consulting seeks a senior frontend engineer in Austin to lead the Sales Command Center web app. You will build a unified workspace by bridging Dynamics 365 context with workflows, documents, and actions across web and mobile patterns.

You’ll own architecture, accessibility, and performance, collaborate with iOS on API contracts, and deliver production-grade experiences within a design-system-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in modern React architecture and state management.
• Experience building design systems and component libraries.
• Strong focus on accessibility (WCAG) and frontend performance.
• Experience with testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright.
• Working knowledge of React Native and iOS app patterns.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 as a headless system of record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Command Center web application using React and TypeScript.
• Create reusable components and frontend architecture for enterprise sales journeys.
• Translate UX and design specs into production-ready experiences.
• Integrate frontend with BFFs and domain APIs; avoid direct Dynamics 365 coupling.
• Build role-based workspaces with customer data, activities, documents, and insights.
• Implement secure authentication with Microsoft Entra ID and session management.
• Ensure parity between web and React Native/iOS experiences.
• Collaborate with iOS team on API contracts and navigation patterns.
• Own frontend accessibility, analytics, telemetry, and UI testing.
