Jobgether is seeking a frontend software engineer to lead engineering initiatives and deliver high-quality React-based frontend solutions. You will translate ambiguous guidance into clear objectives and drive delivery across the team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to product strategy, and promote best practices in micro frontend architectures and tooling. A strong React background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience within an engineering team.
• Experience leading projects at the team level with planning and delivery.
• Hands-on experience developing applications with React.
• Understanding of micro frontend architecture in scalable frontend ecosystems.
• Experience with GitHub Actions workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience providing and receiving constructive code reviews.
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and ensure steady delivery.
• Familiarity with TypeScript is relevant to the advertised role.
• Additional employment requirement: authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available now or in the future.
